Made from sustainable sugarcane waste biocomposite, each piece is eco-friendly, lightweight, and durable. Crafted with precision for a smooth matte finish — both modern and sustainable. Subtle variations in tone highlight its handcrafted nature and natural material origin.

Live with it, gently. Each Casa Forma piece is studio-made from plant-based PLA — a sustainable biocomposite that handles indoor life beautifully but deserves a few mindful habits.

Everyday cleaning. Dust with a soft dry cloth or microfibre. For a deeper clean, wipe with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap. Hand wash only — never the dishwasher.

Water & flowers. Vases and planters hold cold water comfortably for a few days at a time (perfect for fresh stems). For prolonged water contact, use a glass insert or small liner. Empty and dry between uses.

Heat. The material softens above 60°C (140°F). Keep away from ovens, stovetops, radiators, and close-burning candles. Avoid boiling water, steam, and very hot drinks.

Sunlight. Best displayed indoors, away from direct afternoon sun. Indirect daylight is fine. Sustained outdoor sun will fade colours and make the surface brittle over time — this isn't an outdoor piece.

Avoid. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, abrasive scrubbers, bleach, and solvents (acetone, alcohol-based cleaners, white spirit).

If something goes wrong. Within 14 days of delivery we replace any piece that arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality bar — just write to us. Honest QC, no fuss.

Easy returns. Honest refunds. If a piece isn’t right for you, we’ll make it right — quickly and without fuss.

7-day return window. Email us within 7 days of delivery for any unopened, unused piece in its original packaging. We’ll arrange the return pickup ourselves wherever we can.

Refund timeline. Once your piece reaches us and clears inspection, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged on arrival. If your piece arrives damaged or doesn’t meet our quality bar, write to us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll replace it — no questions, no charge.

Made-to-order pieces. Custom commissions and personalised orders are non-returnable once production begins. We’ll always confirm the brief with you before that point.
