Processing time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delays can happen during launches, holidays, severe weather, or courier disruptions.

Tracking

Tracking is sent by email once the order ships.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for orders below Rs. 3,000 across India. A Rs. 129 COD fee applies. If a delivery partner needs confirmation before delivery, they may contact you using the order details shared at checkout.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us through our contact page with your order number and photos where relevant. We will review it with the courier and help resolve the issue.
