Can I choose a different colour?
Many products are planned with colour variants. If a colour is not visible on the product page yet, contact the studio before ordering and we will confirm what is currently possible.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is shared by email once the order ships.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available for orders below Rs. 3,000 across India. A Rs. 129 COD fee applies.
What payment methods are supported?
Razorpay checkout with UPI, cards, and netbanking, plus cash on delivery for orders below Rs. 3,000 across India with a Rs. 129 fee.
Can I return a product?
Return requests are accepted within 7 days after receiving your order for unused items in original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are only returnable if they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
